Our Helixir trousers are made from one of the lightest and strongest fibres in the world, resulting in exceptional durability and abrasion resistance. At equal weight, the unique Spectra® fibre is 10 times stronger than steel: you need that to tackle the toughest chimneys. Minimalist and soft, the waistband is designed to keep the Helixir in place and comfortable from the approach to the summit. The pre-shaped knees and integrated gusset ensure total freedom of movement during recovery, in the corners, or while belaying. The large hand pockets and the zipped back pocket allow you to carry a few essentials during the climb.
