AMAZONAS Adventure Hero XXL The flagship among AMAZONAS hammocks in heroic XXL format! The hammock with a diagonal compartment for all typical trekking mattresses. If you love spending time outdoors and sleeping in a hammock during chilly days, you currently only have the option to put a mattress inside to keep you warm from the cold underneath. Consequently, the mat slips during the night, and it gets very cold below. That's why we developed thermal hammocks. They have a handy slot at the bottom with reinforced seams for a mattress. This way, you can sleep warm and secure in your outdoor hammock in cold weather. All "typical" mats used for hiking fit in the slot (maximum dimensions for the sleeping mat: about 240 x 64 cm). "Luxury sleeping mats" with a maximum thickness of 7 cm can also be inserted into the slot. Although they are relatively bulky, they can still be used slightly "under-inflated" for extra comfort, as they fit the body better, and sleeping comfort is higher. Mosquito net with spreader bars The patented spreader bars allow the mosquito net to be stretched into a large interior space. This creates a feeling of a pleasantly protected area. With the built-in rope, the net is taut around the body. The practical Ridgeline bag keeps your most important items within reach at night! Flying or crawling, insects don’t stand a chance. The Adventure XXL protects you not only from the cold but also from flying insects like mosquitoes and gnats, as well as crawling insects like ticks, ants, and cockroaches. The entrance is on one side with a double zipper. It works without a mosquito net. You can also use the Adventure Hero XXL without the mosquito net. Just take off the spreader bars, extend the guy lines, and fold down the sleeping surface. The net nests under the new sleeping surface. Now even faster... Flip it over and grab the Adventure Hero XXL with the well-packed bag to get an incredible pack size of 25 x 12 cm. Perfectly compatible with our Underquilts. Two small loops are sewn onto the sides of the hammock (right between the mosquito net and the hammock fabric). You can connect them to the four T-pieces found on our Underquilts (sold separately).
