Designed to endure the toughest belay conditions in winter mountaineering and any major route, the Black Diamond Belay Parka offers comforting protection while your partner struggles up the wall. Our warmest synthetic jacket, the Belay Parka, features targeted 200 g/m2 Primaloft Rise inserts and Primaloft Gold Cross Core insulation throughout the body, shoulders and hood. A PFC-free 50D ripstop outer membrane protects against the elements, while a 20D taffeta nylon lining provides an extra layer of thermal comfort. A two-way zipper provides access to your belay system, while generous pockets (hand pockets, chest pockets and interior multi-purpose pockets) hold your gloves, water bottles and autres essential accessories.
