In alpine environments, ropes are often exposed to sharp edges. That’s why the STARLING double rope, a proven model, now also benefits from our Protect technology, which significantly increases cut resistance. The sheath of the Protect series ropes has been reinforced with aramid fibres using a specific treatment method, without compromising the dynamic properties of the rope.
