The Beco® DynaFloat is suitable for use in aquafitness and rehabilitation in both shallow and deep water. Coordination, balance, muscular endurance, and flexibility can all be trained.

How to use the training aid?

In a seated position, with the DynaFloat around the upper body, kneeling, lying on the side with one hand for support, and much more - with this training device, all kinds of exercises are possible. Increase buoyancy by inflating the balls more or less strongly.
