The flashlock emerald is a real revolution for trekkers looking for a compact, light and innovative pole.
It is made of four 7075 aluminum strands. This material, used in aeronautics, accepts deformation and torsion but is more difficult to break. This model of pole is therefore more durable and resistant on technical terrain (scree...). A little heavier than carbon, it remains very light.

When you take the pole in hand, the strands align themselves. A touch of the ground is enough to lock it and allow you to walk with it.
To fold them, simply pinch at the black clips and pull slightly on the strands.
An elastic string clip holds the 3 folded strands and allows you to hang them on your backpack or hold them in your hand.

The Flashlock Emerald has a height adjustment system that makes it quick and easy to adjust to the height of the hiker and the degree of inclination of the terrain. This adjustment is made thanks to the Easylock tightening system with aluminum flaps. It is a reliable and secure system over time.

Quality accessories and finishes
Its R-Go foam handle is pleasant to the touch and offers several grip positions: classic around the handle or on top by positioning the hand on the pommel equipped with a "snake skin" groove for a better grip.
Its strap is called hybrid because it is halfway between a strap and a gauntlet. It is comfortable and breathable thanks to its mesh structure. Ergonomic, it avoids hand tension and a break in the alignment between the forearm and the handle/hand.
No need to tighten the handle, this strap allows a push on the stick equivalent to an inclination of about 15 ° of the handle.
Its dampened "PAM" tip absorbs vibrations and ensures 80% noise reduction for optimal comfort.
It is a versatile stick, usable in summer and winter, thanks to the two types of washers provided:
Summer washers: recommended for uneven terrain, they prevent your pole from getting stuck and/or broken by getting it stuck in a crack or between rocks.
Winter washers: with a larger diameter, they allow you to walk in powder snow and improve the pole's bearing capacity. The flexibility of the puck guarantees an optimal grip by adapting to the slope of the terrain.
