By reinforcing our already strong nylon Cordura with Spectra® ripstop and a HydroShield water-resistant finish, the Latok bag is highly resistant to UV, tears and abrasion. We've kept the weight down with lightweight options, many of which are removable. From the foam back panel to the removable rope strap, you can tailor the bag's weight, stiffness and fit to suit your goals for the day.

The X-SHIELD™ back system is designed to stay close to the body so you have absolute freedom of movement, and the dual-density foam shoulder straps offer even more mobility. Padding is thicker at the top of the back and thinner at the bottom for added comfort. The straps adapt to your body and follow tous your movements. The roll-up flap closure is highly waterproof, durable and easy to open, so you can take everything you need with you, and with the numerous gear straps, your gear is always close at hand. Designed for ambitious mountaineering and ski touring, the Latok 28 is ideal for dynamic ascents where every gram counts.
