The combination of its large aperture and 86mm front thread allows you to use a wide spectrum of lighting. It's a full-frame rectilinear lens with a vision angle of 100° (FF horizontally), giving you sharp, distortion-free images. An incredible optical design guarantees very low levels of focus-breathing: a key feature for cinematography. Like all our lenses, theIrix Ciné 15 mm is equipped with a Magnetic Mounting System (MMS), which simplifies and facilitates the attachment of accessories to the lens. It's also tropicalized (fully waterproof), so you can film in all weather conditions.
