The Kaduro Light GTX goes beyond expectations, both in terms of time and distance. HANWAG has developed this low-cut hiking shoe to be a lightweight, well-cushioned boot that offers excellent energy return - 100% made in Europe. Whatever the distance, it truly meets the needs of hikers. Its innovative midsole technology - the HANWAG Bead technology - combines the best properties of PU - stability, cushioning, and durability - with the lightweight, comfort, and energy return capabilities of eTPU. In collaboration with BASF, HANWAG has developed an innovative midsole technology - backed by thorough material testing - that is unique in the outdoor footwear industry. The sole absorbs energy when your feet hit the ground and then releases it. The softer midsole is also more comfortable during walking. These two features keep hikers happy, especially over long distances. The sole is complemented by a newly developed custom outsole in a multifunctional design that provides excellent traction on various terrains. The lightweight sole is designed to wear less quickly in the usual areas, helping the boot last longer. The model can be resoled if necessary. Please note: the new sole unit will always be black. Thanks to the lightweight GORE-TEX Invisible Fit membrane, which is concealed in the boot and is not felt as the laminate and the upper are bonded, the boot is waterproof, windproof, and breathable.
