Boots that rub on the sides at the front are often just too narrow in that area. Our solution: the Hanwag StraightFit-Extra Last. It is designed to provide more space on the sides of the forefoot and around the big toe. This allows for more comfort during easy hikes for walkers with wider feet. The Banks are made from 100% top-quality nubuck certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG). This not only confirms the particularly high quality of the leather but also its compliance with environmental standards and sustainable manufacturing. The 1.5-millimetre thicker polyurethane foam midsole offers a smoother roll, significantly better shock absorption, and lasting comfort. The Banks are intended for use on demanding hikes in terrain ranging from low mountains to the foothills of the Alps and on easier paths between huts with a light pack.
