"The neck gaiter is made from antimicrobial fabric that keeps every skier safe all day long. The material prevents the regeneration and reproduction of bacteria.

The antimicrobial fabric used in the product can effectively and completely eliminate bacteria, fungi, and mould on the fabric, and prevent bacterial regeneration and reproduction. In the production process, the antibacterial fabric dyeing agent dyes the inside of polyester and nylon fibres at high temperatures. Therefore, the antibacterial fabric dyeing agent is fixed inside the fibre and is also protected by the fibre, leading to wash resistance and a broad, reliable antibacterial effect.
The antibacterial effect itself is achieved by damaging the bacterial cell wall: The intracellular osmotic pressure is 20-30 times higher than the extracellular osmotic pressure provided by the treatment. As a result, the cell membrane is ruptured and the cytoplasm escapes. This also stops the metabolic process of microorganisms and prevents their growth.
