Short and lightweight, this board will be optimal in small to medium waves. The construction of our boards benefits from strict specifications to achieve more strength with less weight:Air-conditioned lamination rooms to ensure ideal humidity levels for perfect drying (more strength for equal lamination).Vacuum lamination with a drain for excess resin: the fiberglass requires the right amount of resin for impregnation. The vacuum process allows the resin to enter the fiber, and the excess is drained away. Too much resin means a heavier board, but most importantly, less durability as the fiberglass becomes brittle.Paulownia Eco Wood Concept constructionA new construction in epoxy sandwich and paulownia wood (very light and strong) that adds rigidity to the board and ensures better material durability.Paulownia wood, also known as "aluminium wood," does not absorb water due to its low moisture content, is very dense, and allows for a watertight lamination under the epoxy coating. Our paulownia surfboards are much stronger than traditional epoxy surfboards.
