The production of our boards benefits from strict guidelines to achieve more strength with less weight: Air-conditioned lamination rooms to ensure an ideal humidity level for perfect drying (more durability for equal lamination). Vacuum lamination with a drain for excess resin: fiberglass needs just the right amount of resin for proper impregnation. The vacuum process allows the resin to penetrate the fiber, with excess being drained away. Too much resin means a heavier board, but more importantly, it becomes less durable as the fiberglass becomes brittle.
