Short and lightweight, this board works best in small to medium waves. The construction of our boards benefits from a rigorous specification to achieve more strength with less weight: air-conditioned lamination rooms to ensure an ideal humidity level for perfect drying (more strength at the same level of lamination).Vacuum lamination with a resin drain: the glass fibre needs just the right amount of resin for its impregnation. Vacuuming allows the resin to enter the fibre, and any excess is drained away. Too much resin means a heavier board, but more importantly, a weaker one as the glass fibre becomes brittle.
