NATURAL IMITATION: Matching Rubber Sandeel head and body colors. Rhino Sandaal Baitholder allows you to use both Sandeels soft lures (included) and natural baits. When using real lures, the stack goes through the gills, through the mouth, the head is attached and then the hook is set in the sidewall. A toothpick should be used to secure the bait in the head. The "ready to fish" version comes with a realistic soft tail. Its swimming action is very similar to that of a live sandeel. Depending on the current, the tail of the lure moves and from time to time makes a sideways movement or even a turn on itself. This swimming action was very effective during the test phases and many predators fell for it. Some attacks were so violent that the head barely protruded from the mouth of the fish! Optimum speed : 1.5 to 2.5 knots.
