The climate-controlled lamination room ensures an ideal humidity level for perfect drying, with vacuum lamination and excess resin drainage for the impregnation of the fiberglass. This method ensures that the board isn’t too heavy while providing increased durability. The Paulownia Eco Wood Concept is a new sandwich construction method using epoxy and paulownia wood. Paulownia wood, also known as "aluminium wood," is very light and strong, it doesn’t absorb water and allows for watertight lamination under the epoxy glaze. This construction allows for added rigidity and improved material durability.
