A comfortable volume (45.5 L) and good stability mean that the shape of this board suits both a surfer in "evolution" mode in small to medium waves and a confirmed or even expert surfer in big waves. Comfortable in hollow waves, even for larger individuals, it is highly maneuverable thanks to its rounded tail and "down-turned" rails, reacting instantly. The implementation of our board lamination follows a strict set of specifications to achieve more strength with less weight:Climate-controlled lamination rooms to ensure an ideal humidity level for perfect drying (more strength at equal lamination).Vacuum lamination with excess resin drainage: fiberglass requires just the right amount of resin for proper impregnation. The vacuum process allows the resin to penetrate the fiber, with the excess being drained away. Too much resin means a heavier board, but more importantly, less strength as the fiberglass becomes brittle.
